We are expanding various businesses such as environmental improvement using humus soil rich in fulvic acid, improvement of livestock compost, and introduction of sludge reduction system.

Biological reaction of enzyme sludge reduction system

Catabolism: (fine) organic decomposition by living organisms, energy generation, water / carbon dioxide
Anabolic reaction: (fine) organic synthesis by living organisms, energy absorption, cell division, growth, proliferation
Self-oxidation: Decomposition of cells due to death of (fine) organisms, energy generation, water / carbon dioxide
Humus: Decomposition and synthesis of humus by microorganisms (catabolism, anabolic reaction)
Predation: Predation of microorganisms, microbial remains, and humus by protozoa

When the humus activated sludge method is adopted by adding a bioreactor using humus pellets to the conventional activated sludge method,
■ Promote purification of treated water
■ No offensive odor is generated from the processing equipment process
■ The amount of excess sludge generated has decreased
■ Sludge is less likely to rot and dehydration is easier
■ Agricultural land can be returned with the excess sludge that has been dehydrated (a separate process for composting can be omitted).
As a side effect, odor removal and sludge reduction can be performed at the same time while promoting the purification of sewage, which is the main purpose.
